Terms Governing Use of the Intelligent Performance Training System (IPTS) Portal

GENERAL

The IPTS portal facilitates the viewing of student's training schedule and the scheduling of replacements at the convenience of parent's time. It is also the platform to track and measure key performance parameters of the bowler to aid in his/her development. The company policies on all training and replacement matters do not change.

Users agree to:

ACCEPTABLE GENERAL USE

1. Only manage their own children's schedule and not to invade the privacy of others and attempt to view and/or change the schedule of others.

2. Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the User ID and Password, and be fully responsible for all activities that occur under that password and account.

3. Accept that material and information may at times be out of date or include omissions, inaccuracies or other errors. Nevertheless, the content and material provided are provided "as is" without warranty/assurance of any kind. Clarifications should be made with the Administrator immediately.

CLASS SCHEDULE ACCESS AND PAYMENT

4. That User ID and Password will be issued to all existing students on REGULAR Programme. Class schedule for the student will only be created after receipt of payment before start of class/programme.

5. Class schedule once created will enable the Users to access and conduct activities concerning Withdrawal and Rescheduling immediately, even before the start of the programme.

WITHDRAWING AND RESCHEDULING

6. Be responsible for the withdrawal of their class and will not be entitled to claim back the training slot of the class subsequently if it becomes unavailable.

7. Replacement Classes are available on a first come first serve basis and also whatever is available basis without any guarantee.

8. Conduct any Withdrawing and Rescheduling at least 24 hours before the class.

9.All lessons and replacement to be completed by term end. No carry forward.

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING AND AMENDMENT TO CLASSES and ACCOUNT

10. That STRIKE has the right to amend/cancel/reschedule the classes/programmes where circumstances dictate.

11. Also can suspend or disable an account if users do not abide by the term of use, default on payment or deemed not appropriate to continue to have access.

INTERNET ACCESS

12. That Users are fully responsible to ensure internet access themselves. STRIKE will not be responsible if any activities are not conducted due to the lack of internet access and classes are missed or forfeited.

USER's RESPONSIBILITY

13. If for any reason, the user is unable to access the portal to conduct activities - withdraw from a class or reschedule a replacement, they are still expected to email and/or text/inform the administrator (email:admin@strikeacademy.com, tel: 9645 9065) with at least 24 hours notice. Failing which, computation of the lesson and any lanes penalties will still apply.
